Delivery

Please place your orders online before 2pm the day before the delivery date so we have time to prepare your beautiful balloon bouquet delivery.  FREE delivery charge for all online balloon bouquet delivery orders placed by 2pm the day before the delivery date.

WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER "AT" SPECIFIC TIMES AS WE WORK WITHIN A RUN SHEET TO ENSURE ALL DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE AND DELIVERED.  IF A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME IS REQUIRED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Due to Covid, some stock is unavailable (worldwide).  We will do our best to use stock as closely as possible to what you order.  If you have a concern, prior to ordering, please call in advance to check. 

Online orders are for Canberra/Queanbeyan only. 

If your order is to go to a unit/apartment access MUST be available within Canberra Balloon business hours of 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

If no one is home when the delivery is made, there MUST be somewhere to leave it.  If the delivery cant be delivered due to there being nowhere to leave it, there will be an additional delivery charge.  

Please include all the details you can think of that might be useful to the delivery driver on the day, including your mobile number so we can send you photos or call you if we need to for any reason.

Please also include the mobile number of the person we are delivering to in case we need to call them upon our arrival.

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian Dollars.

All prices displayed and products and services offered or to be supplied on www.canberraballoons.com.au are subject to change without notice.

Making a Purchase

Orders may be made online using the secure Paypal method, Visa or Mastercard.

Changing your order

You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer any returns or refunds. All orders placed through this website are final. If you wish to contact us before placing your order please call 0426 238 382 or complete our contact form and we will call you back. Alternatively, please email us, hello@canberraballoons.net.au

We will reply to all emails within 24hours.  If you have sent an email and not had a response, please check your junk mail folder or call to follow up.
